  1. I tried this too. Unfortunately, no change..
  2. 01. Refreshed... 02. Logged out and logged in again... 03. Logged out and cleaned browser cookies & logged in again... Same results.. :(
  3. I've got a fairly high speed connection & it works fine. Sometimes I had to attach the sample files using mobile app & it worked just fine. Problem exist only with the web platform.
  4. Also you can inform the Fiverr Customer Support prior to do so. So that they'll understand you, when there is an issue.
  5. FYI, This is happening after recent updates to the Fiverr platform. I've been here for more than a year & never had such issues until the recent updates.
  6. Every time I try to attach a file in chat, the page keep freezing & not functioning at all. Are there anyone here with same experience? Do you have any suggestion?
