I was promoting a Gig and it was showing on 1st page on 2nd or 3rd number, but suddenly on 3rd Feb, it stopped promoting and it disappeared from the searches.My order response rate, completion rate, delivery time, everything is 100%, and it is still not qualifying for the promotion without any specific reason.The info shown on tool tip is "This Gig can not be promoted right now, due to possible quality issues." My everything is 100% complete I don't know what more needs to be improved for my gig to be able to qualify for the promotion again. Can someone please please guide why I can't promote my gig? and what could be the exact quality issue?

I have utilized my free 10$ in promoted gigs, now how can I add payment again for promoted gigs?
