Facing same challenges but few days ago the impression started raising up again.

From my own observation, I think only 10% of the seller's are getting Brief matching for now. And those seller's could either be top rated seller or level 1-2. For the new sellers, I haven't seen anyone talking of seeing brief yet.

You might have violate the Fiverr rules and regulations that's why your account is restricted.

It might be his account got an issue that's why your client is not available anymore. You can get in touch with the customer service to verify if the user is still available or not.

Creating the best profile and best gig on Fiverr won't help the new seller's anymore because of Buyer Request that was eliminated. For new seller to get order for now is very hard unlike before. I think Fiverr is boring for we the new seller's at the moment. We are just hoping for the best. Still try to do the needful to your gig to look best for yourself because that's the online it can attract buyer's who might scroll through gigs before requesting for your service.

I think you should exercise patient since the order is still active. Who knows maybe your client is facing challenges of network or personal challenges making your client not to be online to respond to your messages. If the day's to complete the order is still active then exercise patient. You can as well cancel the order by letting your client know through the message then explain your reason for canceling it. Then, send your client a custom offer to accept when your client is back online to restart the project.

Well, I'm a victim of people who always stay online because I was told that staying online will bring sale or make one get order on time. To be sincere with who might be seeing this my comment, it doesn't work. When I joined this platform getting to 6 month or 7, I have been staying online from 5am to 12am everyday but I haven't get order for once. I stick to this idea for good 6 months no order. The funny part is that during when I went to bed which I will be offline is when I do get messages from those scammers because I haven't got any messages from real buyers yet. So, staying online for 24/7 everyday won't bring in any order neither will it make your gigs to get promoted if you don't have order. Your gig will rank down if you don't get order just like mine either staying online everyday or not. The only benefit of staying online base on my observation since I joined this platform is that; you will be able to respond to messages on time without any delay before loosing that potential buyer to another available seller. Most seller's do like to get in touch with a seller who is online for urgent service. So, if you are lucky enough you can be selected once you can offer them what they wanted. Likewise, this staying online work best during when FIVERR BUYER REQUEST was this very available. You need to stay online to send 10 daily OFFER whenever it's available because that's another way to get offer then. If you are not online to attend to attend to buyer's message who pick interest from the offer you send to them, you will loose them to another potential seller's. I think this should be the reason why people like me as new seller are solely advise to stay online to get order on time during when buyer request was still available. For now, I don't think that will work anymore because buyer's request is not available anymore. And this Fiverr Brief matching work best for the level 1 and 2 for now because I don't think any new seller's have started getting Brief Matching yet including me. Best way to get your impression high is how frequently you get order. Gigs without order will get low gig impressions no matter how you created your gig to look better than the rest. No sale no promotion

Staying online 24 hours won't get your gig to rank in anyway. Your gig rank with how possible you are able to get order. If you don't have order your gig won't rank up. Likewise, your gig rank pending on how it appears on search Page. So, choose a wise gig title and search tags.

I think it's good to go with that impression.

You can't change the username. Except you wish to delete the account and open another new account with another username you wish to use again.

I think it's after few weeks. It depends on how you get impressions during the first week you punish your new gig. The more your impression the more chance for your gig to rank up from newest arrival. If you are lucky enough to get your first order on time. The chance for your gig to rank up to relevant page or best seller page.

I will advise you to check out most topics on Fiverr forum to get more knowledge about how Fiverr works.

It's not a good news for some of us mostly the new seller's. It will be very hard for us to get a client. Except we hunt for ourselves or if we are lucky enough for our gigs to attract buyer's which is also hard too. Buyers will like to go for seller's with levels not the new seller's.

The truth is that there is no faster way to get order here on Fiverr anymore since buyer request is not available anymore. All you can do for now is to make sure you create an attractive gig with good image that captured what you can offer. Then keep hoping for it to attract a nice buyer to you or be part of Fiverr Brief matching to buyer's. Fiverr is not like before that people get order very fast like the old seller's. Everything has completely changed likewise Fiverr got thousands of seller's that offer same services. Chance's for one to get order is very slim. It's getting to 3 months I joined Fiverr, I haven't got any order yet even when I have sent almost 200 buyer request before it was cancelled. I only do get messages from fake buyers. We just have to keep hoping for the best.

Contact the buyer and ask for the necessary details for the project. Or you cancel the order if your buyer is not responding to your message.

Your gig will derank automatically once you didn't have other for some weeks. Nothing is wrong with your gig. The moment you complete an order your gig will rank up again.

Well, @ebenezer1404to be sincere with you. There is no better options on how to get order here faster. Everything here is all about grace. Before, I joined this platform last two months. I was told one can easily get order through buyer request which I always try to stay active to always attend to buyers request. I have sent almost 250 buyers request and I didn't get any order. Why? Because, there are lots of seller's here who offer same service and the buyers choose who their mind go for. Even, if you have the best gig description, title and best gig image. It won't guarantee you to get order fast because what some buyers do consider is also different but that didn't mean you shouldn't great your gig to your taste to attract yourself first before it could look attractive to others. there are lots of seller's here from different region and most seller might choose to always work from a particular region. Most seller charge low because of dollars rate in their country while some charge higher because of dollar rate in their country. It's one of the reasons why most of us the seller's do find it difficult to see buyer's patronizing us. Don't loose hope, make your you put your gig in order and keep hoping and praying that your gig attract buyer's to patronize you since buyer request will be no more.

From your story. If it's really true, for me I think Fiverr team did wrong by cancelling the completed order just to favor the seller. You told him you will try your best to teach him daily that is he will be paying you for daily as well. If you are unable to continue with the teaching and you have already told him to find someone else because you are occupied with another work. I see no reason why Fiverr will cheat you on the previous job you did well by cancelling the completed order just because you couldn't make it. Since, you both didn't make it an agreement that you will teach him everyday before you get him payed. It's a daily task which you fulfill once and he payed you off. If you couldn't continue with it, there are other freelencer to offer him the service. Well, I'm not surprised because Fiverr team always support buyer's instead of seller's. You just have to let go and be careful of wherever you discuss with buyer's next time. The daily teaching you offer him which he payed you was a wasted. He gain from you while you loose at the end.

I Believe it's because the gig haven't receive any order for sometimes will make one gigs impressions or deranks.
