not recently its been 35-40 days almost and also had an issue with a order but when I contact to the customer support they gave me the full compensation. I am getting 3-4 order in a week from my old clients and they also gave 5 stars and great reviews but still It is not working... I had 3-4k impressions in a week when the promotion is okay but now it's 100-200 in a week. also not getting any new order. Hope for the best what can I say more

Same things happened to me. From last 2 months almost...

Contact support center and tell them all the things briefly. They will cancel the order without impacting your completion rate and also may give you full compensation. I also had that kind of situation but after reaching out support center I got my full compensation.

Well, I am actually confused about the metadata tags and promotional features. I have promotional feature on my gig. But now my promotional feature says my gig is unqualified for promote. maybe it happened after edit the gig with new metadata tags which required. So I am actually concerning about two things... First - what will be the video type of Motivational videos - live action or mixed media Second - how to get back my promotion feature back. Note that I got orders from my previous clients with great reviews and stars on those 2 months.
