  1. @filipdevaere Hi. I am experiencing this as well. I'm a Level 2 Seller and I had been experiencing a decline even if I had delivered on time and as per clients needs even add deliverabes as a token of thank you. Still not getting orders even Its 5star. Is there a factor if some clients are not rating it? Thank you in advance 😃
  2. Hi. This has been answered previously in other topics. All I can say is do your best to get 5star Rating and do better in each project that you do. 😃
  3. Hi! There are several reasons for this and Even myself as a Level 2 Seller and Seller Plus cant explain as I had been experiencing the effects of this since last week and of course it will eventually get more attraction again. I had observed on the the following: 1. Changing your Image and Gig Description - If you want to change this one do this during the slow peak since they had refreshed the algorithm. 2. Below 3 Star Client Feedback - Keep on improving that's the only answer I can give 3. Cancelled Orders - Ask The Fiverr team that the cancelled orders should not affect your rank especially when this is amicable agreement to cancel 4. Extended time in delivering whether its you or the client had extended it 5. Delivered the projects less than 12 hours 6. Not being online within your peak hours 7. Responsiveness both prospects and clients do affect (the number of hours) Those are the things I had observed. Maybe a few of those things had happened. You can asked specifically the customer service to help you identify the problem. Be aware of the Red Flag Clients, (good turned sour) I had encountered them and they are horrible to experience. Why I say so. After delivering the project they threatened to do this and that and even I was being nice and willing to rectify to fit in the project requirement. I end up having to cancel it. In my guess he/she was a seller. I can't say the same for those who had encountered. In my guess this has affected my Gig Ads and my Impressions as I observed.
  4. This is a valuable information and tip. I have not been successful in buyer request but having this guide is helpful to provide value and offer our services. Thank you!
  5. Hi! I started as a seller in June or July 2020 and I had my first order in October and that's around 3-4 months with no gig but impression gradually grew, until someone trusted me to do my first order. Another thing is a tried to be responsive in all inquiries and also in buyer request putting my self out there within Fiverr. It takes time to build. Check your niche competitors to see for SEO purposes. I hope his helps you!
  6. Hi! It might take some time to increase your impressions maybe try marketing outside fiverr to boost the impression or awareness.
  7. Hi! Early payout is when your project was approved by your client. If it was automatically approved or completed. Then you have to wait for 7 or 14days depending on which status (level or seller plus).
  8. HI! I am currently experiencing RED FLAG Buyers, One recent project is that I completed the project after multiple revisions and when I got it correctly and submitted to him he immediately requested for a refund to get the full amount and even compared me to a 20usd gig with a similar square footage that we worked on that he found on another seller. First, He negotiated with me the project until we agreed on a certain fee in which i agreed until he made multiple revisions everytime he gets a new inspiration and i did the job and i submitted drafts to him before the final plans to make sure we are aligned and knitty gritty things he kept on picking on each and then the last one he mentioned I needed to do this and that. I explained my side and he agreed that we will work base on the one he last provided the feedback on. Due to the fact he responds late and also i have to do some revisions every now and then, it took longer than my delivery. Grateful enough that he was alright with the extension but on the recent last submission that I completed he then asked for a revision on his new plan that I declined that's why he agreed to work base on the plan as our Final Plan. The Final Plan had some minor revision to fit in some things and I provided him the draft when I only needed to submit a more detailed one because everything is now clear that there would be no revision and he then requested for a full refund and I declined and provided him inputs base on my side and also i informed him about the difference of the gig i offered and that we has not forced to accept it since I offered and he accepted, and he did not agree despite providing him the complete set of details already. (When I received it I was tweaking the final presentation already, it was good as completed within the hour since his last feedback). I re-submitted this Final Plan base on his last feedback and I feel betrayed for someone who already has the details even if i didn't submit the Final Plan (note, the final plan was on presentation purposes that he asked) and compared me to a 20 usd gig and called me out that I overcharged him because he saw another with similar offer. I have encountered people like him both sellers and buyers but this kind of behaviour should not be tolerated either ways. It has been frequent already with these encounters, How do you deal with this?
  9. Hi! @evp_productions I have a question for you? Have you made a similar project that they are asking? if not you can do this to show them but if you did have a similar project. This becomes your portfolio and this should be their basis to hire you. I have encountered red flag prospects after they get what they wanted they will no longer contact you and that leaves me hanging whether they got what they needed or they were not satisfied at all. Lesson learned, I provided them what I have and its only fair to both of us not wasting each others time nor feeling hanging. I hope this helps!
  10. This is awesome! to hear, an inspiring story to keep on doing and improving our craft.
