  1. I was supposed to turn into a top seller yesterday.... Now the testing for my most popular gig is 7. I messaged customer support and they replied that even though I have an average of 5 star rating, in their "secret evaluations" I'm not being evaluated as good. Anyone know what these secret evaluations are? What purpose does it serve to evaluate is and not give us that feedback? What they are doing now it's not feedback, I'm as in the dark about what my clients really think about me now than I was a week ago. I'm also highly suspect of this answer because most of my clients (and I mean like 80-90%) return, so how negative can their experience really be?
  2. I sent a request through the resolution center to change the order price and the client accepted the new price. The resolution appears as accepted but the price remains unchanged in the order description and the client says they haven't been charged that extra. Does the change take time to update? Or is this an error?
