  1. Hi Thank you @jonbaas So do I have to wait for 60 days since a cancellation to improve my gig? Because on the last 60 days I only had one cancellation. I also modified my gig with some improvements too. But I did that very recently (you can see them as the darkened dots in my attachment). Any idea on how I can overcome this situation ?

Because all of the following Order cancellations Delivery rate Responsiveness The particular Gig’s maximum number of active orders in the queue, as based on your seller level. Other Gigs performing at a higher rate. Are in a good level also. I have only 2 cancellations and my rating is 4.9. I haven't a single delivery that is delayed and I'm on level one. Thank You
  3. Hi All, My gig was in the first page and all of a sudden it went to the last page. I have attached an attachment to show the performance drop due to this. Any idea about this behavior Any tips to recover from this Thank You
