Why does Fiverr keep asking me to change my password??

I'm tired of resetting my password. I user fiver on my laptop as well as on my phone. From few days i have this issue when i open fiverr on my laptop it asked my to reset my password so i did, then i logged in on my laptop but it logged out of the mobile device, then when i tried to login on my mobile device it asked my to change password again so i did, now i'm logged in to my mobile device but when i enter the new password on my laptop it asks me reset my password.
