  1. There you go you have your answer, please remove or change to F******** the exact order numbers in the forum as those are considered confidential. Review those orders and see what went wrong.
  2. You should ask Customer Support which order is the problem
  3. He wouldn’t know which buyer that potentially did that, and he might even end up asking the wrong buyer. I don’t think you should do that. Perhaps find out which orders have revisions or problems and try to address that instead.
  4. Do you have orders at the moment that are in revision or being disputed?
  5. Of course, they did not! :woman_facepalming:t2: Here’s some emojis to brighten your day, Vickie! haha 🍰
  6. I see, yeah Customer Support should have a better answer on the next steps.
  7. Is it in mp4 or avi? I suggest you reach out to Customer Support, they will be able to better assist you → https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
  8. “Please choose a video no longer than 75 seconds and less than 50 MB. The allowed file formats are mp4 and AVI. The video must be in landscape mode.” – This criteria should be met and the video upload should be successful.
  9. Ah okay, I don’t know it should have been completed by now considering 5 mins have passed then you could publish the gig. Because Fiverr only reviews (if needed) the video contents after its published. The processing you mean is more of the uploading of the file itself just like an image being uploaded. Probably re-upload I guess…
  10. If it’s listed as draft that means you didn’t publish it at all.
  11. Maybe adjust it again to be like 60 seconds at most to be sure. Then try publishing again.
  12. My gigs don’t have videos so I’m not sure what the normal duration would be, but anyhow that’s fine just give it some time. Anyway, once you publish your gig you can check its status as well here https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig → “My gig doesn’t appear in search” → “Select Gig” Best of luck! 🌞
  13. Actually, it automatically gets published as long as you followed the guidelines. In some cases, it may go under review but most of the time it automatically gets published.
  14. Make sure your video is no longer than 75 seconds and is less than 50 MB As I mentioned, read the contents of the link above.
  15. There are a lot of gig videos with the seller’s face on it.
  16. I suggest you review the steps again and the specs on any images, videos you uploaded if it matches the limitations set by Fiverr (from the link above). There are certain formats, file sizes and durations required. If you see that the problem still persists, you can contact Customer Support → https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
  17. Did you click the “Publish Gig” button? Here is a guide on how to create a gig → https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010451397-Creating-a-Gig
  18. Thanks for sharing the example although I don’t think you’re allowed to put the exact gig link in the forum. Anyhow, yeah I checked and the gig description seems a bit vague. Truly the solution at the moment is to go through the many sellers until you find the right one, which as you say does take up your time. Or take the route of posting in the buyers request section that will allow the sellers to come to you. Although I just wanted to share that as much as there are sellers who have a vague gig description there are those with very detailed ones and packages. It will take probably a minute to read and not bother to contact those kind of sellers? And spend your time instead with those who have detailed packages? You can also report your experience to Customer Support as well as I don’t think they usually go through the forum as often.
  19. What kind of service were you purchasing that was $5 then was quoted with a higher cost? That is common if what you’re asking is out of the scope of the basic $5. You are always free to find a seller that works with your budget
  20. I don’t think CS would mind if you ask them that. You should go ahead and try and update here how it went.
  21. For everyone who noticed their gig doesn’t show up in search or changed rank, check here if it is marked as active. If it says active then you’re just undergoing gig rotation. Meaning Fiverr is letting other people have more exposure for the meantime. If it says under review then you need to contact Customer Support to ask what might be wrong. 22. I’m a 0 Level Seller (Supposedly Level 2 tbh and just had a series of unfortunate buyers)… I have the early payout available. And oddly one of my gigs are even tagged Fiverr’s choice every other week despite the lack of the level 😅 @hill_climber it usually appears and disappears every so often. It appears in random since it’s still in beta meaning they are still testing it out.
  23. Ohh, not sure… I think last suggestion is clear your cache and log in again. If that doesn’t work maybe try contacting Fiverr Support…
