Report and block these buyers. It's against Fiverr's Terms of Service.

It's against Fiverr's Terms of Service, and Fiverr will no longer protect you. You must report those buyers and inform them that any interaction outside of Fiverr violates Fiverr's policies, and both of you could be banned for this violation.
