Thank you my friend. I just don't understand how one scam artist can ruin my gig rankings. I believe this is my competitors manipulating the system.

Dear Fiverr Forum, For reference, I am a top-rated seller of over 3 years, average response time 1 hour, 100% response rate, 100% on time delivery, 96% order completion, 5 star average review rating. For the past 2 months, Fiverr has disqualified my gigs from being promoted. They will not disclose any information to me regarding why this is happening when I am exceeding every goal and requirement. I understand that there is a hidden review system for my clients, but I have not received any notifications from prior customers that they are dissatisfied. There was a scam artists that canceled their order through Fiverr customer support but that is it. Now Fiverr has placed my gigs at the bottom of all search results even though I am the only top rated seller offering my services. I believe this is a discriminatory action taken against me. Is anyone else having this issue lately?
