It's been 5 days since I created my Fiverr gig. So far, about 45 buyer requests have been offered. But I didn't get any order. A buyer did not even leave a message. Why is this happening to Fiverr new sellers?

I created a new Fiverr gig. Less than 24 hours later, I received a message from a buyer. But it doesn't show in Fiverr msg, and it shows in my Gmail account. He had sent me a telegram link to get information about the project. I clicked on that link, but I didn't send any message to that Telegram account. About 10 minutes later, I got another message from another person. He had sent me a telegram username, and I checked it on Google. But there is no such telegram account. Has anything like this ever happened to you? Are they scammers?

Many sellers who use Fiverr and successful sellers on Fiverr say that it can rank our gig on the first page if we use less competitive keywords. Is this really true? As someone who is looking to create a logo design gig, how do find less competitive keywords? Please explain this to me. Thank You.🙂
