I'm sorry to hear about your predicament. However, we will be unable to process either of your requests. You do not claim ownership of the recipient account, and entering your name after searching it has proven the account to not be yours. As such, we cannot even consider transferring the funds from that payment, and we cannot consider refunding a transaction that did not occur in an account under your name. The best resolution for this concern is to have Fiverr request to dispute and recall their payment from the incorrect account.
