Any Tips to be Top Rated would be highly appreciated 🙏

  3. Fiverr is so concerned about this. The primary reason Fiverr doesn't allow all the site just because to prevent contact outside the market. As a designer there are a lot of portfolio sites we use and some of them are very popular. But none of them is allowed to share in Fiverr. Because they contain a section where we can add out personal contact information. So if you send that portfolio to your client, your client will get all the personal contact information of yours. And that is a real concern for Fiverr. That's why they provided a lists of websites that you can include in your profile, gig description and conversation. I'm trying to give you that article link where you will get all the websites they recommended. Article 1: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011421218-Gig-Policies?segment=seller Article 2: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011421198?segment=seller If you need to share other websites that are not listed here, I would recommend you to contact CS before sharing to get save.
  4. Sometimes you just have to be patients. Fiverr is a very large marketplaces and lot's of seller working here. It's not possible for fiverr to place all the gig in the first 1, 2, 3 pages forever. Fiverr recent algorithm is more like to give a equal and fair change to everybody that why they change the position to give more visibility to all the gigs. You lost your deserved places for few days, and it's normal. You had to be patient. But editing gig was a bad decision. It's has long time effects. Fiverr will adjust your changes and will reposition you again which will take a bit long time. So be patience, don't edit again. You'll reposition your deserved places depending on your current performance and it might be take a bit of time.
  5. Fiverr trying to give a chance to all the sellers. Because there are limited space in the first 1,2,3 pages that's why they tried to made the algorithm fair to everybody. So it will be in the right position soon. One of the biggest mistake I made, I edited my gig keywords because of this glitch and it has a negative impact. So don't edit your gig. Hopefully, it'll be in the deserved places soon.
  6. It happens to everybody. From a recent conversation with CS they said they try to give a chance to all the sellers.
  7. It might happen if your action is suspicious. Like browse too first and open a lots of pages at the same time etc. Don't use any 3rd party extension of software. Then after few hours if you fate the same problems, contact with fiverr support.
  8. They can't do anything if you not allow them to. Always try to be honest from your side. If someone ask you to contact outside the market, you should denied them by a simple message "Hey, contact outside the market is against the Teams and Condition. I can't do that, I'm responsible." This simple line will help you letter in any cases if Fiverr review your conversations. If you still get continue messages don't worry just block them. Fiverr gives you the block option, use it properly. Or you can report them as well. Again remember you have to be honest from your side. Otherwise you won't get any help from Fiverr.
  9. Congratulations. Providing excellent service can convert a client into a repeat buyer. Best of luck 👍
  10. Everything needs to be updated. For Fiverr it happens in every few months.
  11. This is how the journey begins with a big dream for a beginner. Please don't make fun of them that can kill their dream 🙏
  12. Fiverr blocked the Client because some of your clients work definitely goes against Fiverr rules. Actually most of the time when a new Client comes to Fiverr, they don't know the guideline specially they don't know it is prohibited to contact outside the market. I'm not gonna say the the Client was 100% innocent. Fiverr blocked him because definitely he did something wrong. Maybe it's hurting your rating but Fiverr do this for seller protection. Frauds are everywhere. Many sellers lost their account for fraud clients. So don't be sad, Fiverr did it to save your account. We don't know was he a fraud or not. So I'll suggest you to talk with Fiverr support to ensure what was happening. They will manually review the case so you'll get better answer. Hope that helps ✌️
  13. What if I tell you the same thing happening with me after complete 790 project? This is not the first time. It will be okay automatically. Keep patience. ✌️
