I'm a level 1 seller, and I try to provide the best service I can. However: I've noticed fiverr doesn't have any means to offer a partial refund. Because of my disability, I occasionally get an order where a lot of confusion happens because I didn't understand the instructions due to them being a little unclear, and not what I initially thought.
I'd really like the ability to provide a partial refund on orders, as a way to apologise to the client when this happens.
