I don't think canva is considered or seen as an "Unprofessional". Everyone has it's own point of view but I think that it is Professional for professionals and Unprofessional for un-professionals, it's actually how we use it. I hope you got my point. If you change the title and gig's description, it will go more down in ranking or search indexing and the results would be more delayed. That's what I think. It's a good question. Everyone would be having different prospective about this. I think business should be a business until or unless it is creating a problem for any of these two countries. Yeah, I agree that they are under sanctions and they should be because all necessary and possible steps should be taken to stop wars. But like on this level, like we as freelancers, if we are not breaking any TOS nor we are doing any politics then we are good to go and to provide the top quality service possible. I think it might be possible if buyer requests the Fiverr customer support. But on the other hand it's against TOS to ask buyer for modifying feedback. However if buyer knew it already and he might wanted to change, he may request the support of Fiverr. Good Luck! 🙂

Instead of wasting further time, I would suggest you to cancel order with this seller and find some other seller who can do more quickly. Legal actions may take too much time for this and might end up with nothing. You can just submit ticket to fiverr support and they will definitely do their best.
