Please tell me how can i increase my response time? when a buyer send messages, if i reply him instantly once, after that if i don't send any messages, is it causes to decrease response time????

Why the order completion rate downing?

i think you should contact with fiverr support if there is no fault of yours. of the buyers cancelled intentionally then you should inform customer support for your completion decrease problem.
