I delivered the work, The work got completed and buyer canceled the order from support and using my work in his other social media accounts.
Recently i have worked with a buyer and delivered the footage.. i send him a delivery and a sample also.....He said he liked that and added some more adjustment.....That's why i gave him another revision and he was not so responsive so the order get completed by its own.....and then he canceled this order by the support without asking me any kind of adjustment or revision.....And i checked that he is using that work on his other social media account.....As i contact the support with this and showed the proof as he is still using the work and asked for a fair action....as i completed the order and i was ready to give more revisions......
But sadly they said this to me.......
''This is considered a Partial Delivery and is against our Terms of Service, therefore this order does not qualify to be compensated.''
''As i delivered the first delivery saying this that the buyer is not responsive so i have to delivered that....and i am here to help with anything if he need''.....I told this just because he is not responsive at all.....Regarding first delivery the support team is saying ''This is considered a Partial Delivery and is against our Terms of Service, therefore this order does not qualify to be compensated.'' to me....As after he asked a revision.....At the time of 2nd delivery i gave a complete delivery to the buyer.....And again he was not responsive at all.....Then the order get completed and he came back and canceled the order by support.....And currently he is using my work in his other social media accounts......
NOW what should i do about it.....After working 8 days its heart breaking to see there is no fair action from fiverr when its illegal to using canceled orders work........Please help me....TIA
