  1. Just respond quickly to new messages and eventually you may get that badge temporarily in searches.
  2. It is a temporary badge hand picked by the Fiverr team to help promote the seller for a short time before it goes away. I am pretty sure you can only get it once and its only there for a short time.

I have found if a customer puts the order in wrong and wants work that is way more than they paid for, its best to just let them know how much it will actually cost and if they are not ok with that, then just go ahead with requesting a cancellation. Customer service is important, but you also don't want the customer to take advantage of you.
  4. I have seen this new "get statement of earnings" option also recently. When you look at your earnings and you can download your transactions, there is a new button that allows a statement to be sent.
  5. Gig image and title that makes people want to check your gig are important.
