Account Restricted, All Gigs Denied!

yes i would, but my account is restricted -
Yesterday i became a level 1 seller. Today my account was restricted, as earlier i had 2 warnings. I added new gig saying "I will make money making app or game" this gig was flagged. Customer support says their relevant department needs to do a review and it takes about 90 days. What can i do in this case? I'm so worried about my account and all my hard work became a WASTE. Please any one can help me to recover my account.

Fiverr Terms of Service are recently updated: Well, Sellers are allowed to post a selected amount of active Gigs based on their Level status. 07 Gigs (No level Seller) 15 Gigs (Level 1 Seller) 20 Gigs (Level 2 Seller) 30 Gigs (Top Rated seller) Is this true? 15 gigs for level 1 seller? Fiverr says Up to 10 Active gigs right?

I got this message for TOS, and now my account is restricted. They say I have spammed but I was asking for a seller to send samples. I think this is a misunderstanding. Can anyone help me with this?
