Digging out this topic but here is how I manage my money as European
Use Pioneer and wise.. using this method will let you receive the exact same amount of USD you got in Fiverr into your Wise bank account..
Then you can transfer your USD to EUR using Wise inner currency bank accounts; they are the cheapest on the market no debate. Plus if you are a Freelance and work with overseas clients this is a must, it means you will be able to provide bank account number for each currency, so your client can do wire transfer.
you can even order a Wise Visa, it's very handy since it automatically convert your USD to EUR when you pay something (with their very little fees..)
Or I can also recon to use N26 which works with wise for currency transfer.. Meaning you can have a MasterCard that will work easily with wise transfer..
This is the best option trust me
