Exactly that hurts. Most of the time they put order in revision because they see fiverr watermark on order files before accepting the delivery 😢

well I do understand but I have mentioned that we can use some PATTERNS (like leaf, Emblems, ribbons etc) on vintage stuff (not direct cliparts or stock images from google). And in my profile some of my gig samples are templates which I have got years back and it is approved by Fiverr's editorial team which they asked for. I provided them the Source files of my designs along with premium License of the designs which includes copyrights for fair use. But if the buyer is not satisfied or happy with the work, then he/she can raise a dispute and cancel the order as simple as that.

Okay I understand. Well I guess either the buyer stole your work or he is a scammer. But according to your scenario you explained, you must contact Fiverr team and they will definitely help you out. Share all the screenshots of your conversation to them, they will analyze it and will take care that your profile is not impacted from this.

Okay these type of things sometimes happen with new sellers (not common but rare). But coming to your situation, never accept the order cancellation request if you think the buyer is using you or manipulating your service just because you are a new seller. Simply contact the customer support and share them your experience. They will definitely cancel the order from their side, but it will not put any impact on your profile, neither your order completion rate will decrease (Note: you must have a valid point to express that you are on right side). So currently as the order is already cancelled by mutual understanding (I guess), you can still contact customer support and describe the scenario. Hope they could help you out. Hey guys how are you all. Well I usually face this issue when a buyer puts my delivery in revision for no reason. I am a Graphic designer and when I deliver an order I deliver various types of files (Source file and vector file) which can't be open by buyer because they need the design software for that. So sometimes new buyers simply put the order on revision and ask why the file is not opening. So I have to explain them and again deliver all 15 to 20 files which is hectic sometimes. So I wish I could simply clear their confusion and say them to accept the delivery that is in revision. Thanks and have a great day 🙂 (sorry for my English)

Yes definitely promoting gigs on fiverr will give you sales. I have used it before and got buyers from promoted gigs. But when you stop promoting I don't think it will affect your gig, because I promote my gigs when my profile is down but once my gig ranks, I stop promoting my gigs. Hope it helps.
