  1. You're great, brother! You'll get two Level Two in no time 🙂 Wish you luck!
  2. Never give up and always BE PATIENT. On your way to 100 orders!
  3. Back then, I got only 1 order. And now by the time I'm writing this comment, I already leveled up to Level One. I already got 10 orders and an overall 4.9 rating. All I can say is do your best in your field and BE PATIENCE. That's all it takes.
  4. How is it different from being a new seller?
  5. This thread is dedicated for you new freelancers who need to know how to treat a customer and leave a good impression for their purchase. Me myself, is also a new seller on Fiverr. Last week, I received an urgent order from a customer regarding a translation service. As usual, me and my time have our customized tools to make us provide better and faster service. Unfortunately, our tools produce an error that really lead to misunderstanding between me and my client. As soon as client reports that there were several errors in the 20 pages long document, I felt so terrible and sorry for my inaccurate service. Then, I tried to explain to him that there might be some errors encountered by our tools. And this moment where he agreed to give me an opportunity to revise my work, it's really touching and at the same time embarassing for me. I thought to refund all of his payment and offer this service as free but he with all his generosity give me a tip instead. Really guys, as a new freelancer, as long as you treat your customer higher than you, they will as well respect you. They know that we, as a freelancer, despite our professionalism, could also produce errors or mistakes during the process. Please believe in yourself and don't forget to have professional attitude towards every customers ( I don't care if a customer only order a $5 or $500 worth of service). You might not know if they could repeat the order frequently and want you to help them with your services! Please, once again please, never treat your customer with bad attitude because you don't know what will come after! Cheers! *If you have similar experiences or any kind of tips for us newbie freelancers, please feel free to share in the comment section bellow!
  6. Hi jahangir900! First of all, you already got what it takes to become a Pro Seller, your persistence is amazing! You know what, I also struggled with this as well and try to find the answer in this forum, but I read several days ago something about buyer request features. Actually how I explain this is this feature is not so effective when you try to increase sales since you always need to compete with other sellers that always give $5 or lower prices. Please take a look at several threads in this forum that were created by experienced freelancer and their takes regarding this buyer request problem. Some of them even stated that this is some kind of "rat race" and you will never benefit from it and they tried to discuss with Fiverr's executives the effectiveness of this feature. One thing that I could tell you is never giving up and always being persistent just like you already did. Focus more on your profile and services and let the buyer naturally attract you! Good luck! Cheers!
  7. From my POV as a buyer, I prioritize skills and reviews over how the seller communicates but please note that you need to at least be proficient in explaining your service and how to deal with clients. Try to check your grammar first before sending anything to the client. Hope this helps, cheers!
  8. I started to dream to have more control in life when I created my account on Fiverr. In March 2022, I created my first Gig and read everything related to boosting my Gig performance everywhere. I tried to share my Gig on Social Media and send buyer requests when they popped up on my profile. Being contacted by a bunch of scammers as well as others who asked me to do free service for them is already a common thing for me now. Unexpectedly, last week my first order came. The moment when I heard the notification on my phone, really gave me an optimistic feeling. Currently, I am just waiting for customers to reach me. I read some of the posts in this forum that ask about tips on growing your orders. Based on my little experience here, the only key besides all the technical stuff (that you must follow), is PATIENCE. Believe in yourself for what you can do and just be patient. For those sellers who are more experienced than me on Fiverr, please help me and some new sellers and give some tips (really working tips) that could help boost Gig performance (in terms of reach, impression, clicks, etc.) As a new seller here, I am proud to join the freelancing community, especially here on Fiverr. Thanks a lot, Cheers mate!
