    You have to work your way to the top of the search result, be patient and consistent.

    I did a work for a buyer and the buyer keep asking me to redo the work with entirely different reference images, I have done like 2 different scribble art for the client and the client sent another image.     Having more than one fiverr account is against fiverr policy. Make sure the two fiverr account belongs to two separate people hence fiverr will flag you for getting more than one account.

    I don't think you're doing anything wrong, the thing fiverr is highly competitive and there are alot of experts and experienced freelancer to contend with, my advice though is to be consistent keep bidding for jobs, build a portfolio outside fiverr and most importantly when you get your first order make sure by all means you give the best.
