My Fiverr account was temporarily restricted claiming violations of the trust and safety guidelines. However, I went through my account multiple times, and couldn't find anything that was out of the ordinary or in violation of the TOS. My account has been in excellent standing, and been doing very well.
When I asked Customer Support about it, they responded with that it might be something related to multiple accounts, but can't share any details. I have no idea how that could even be possible, for I have never even used another account. The account I have is the only one I am on, and it has been in use for 1 year. The sudden restriction has been really stressful, and confusing as I don't even know how they could have flagged me for using multiple accounts.
Anyone with whom this has happened before, please share some insight into the situation.
