Exactly the same thing happened to me, the difference is that the customer gave me a positive rating (5 stars) demonstrating his satisfaction with the order. Now you must fight to see if you're lucky, otherwise you'll get a bad review, a waste of time and money. -
I think it's a bad idea. This is based on the erroneous premise that in a cancellation the seller is to blame, which is a total mistake.
