Fiverr canceled the order after ten days of delivery with a 5-star rating

No, but he provided very good feedback with five star -
I completed the buyers' requirements and delivered the project; the buyer gave me 5-star feedback. After nine days, Fiverr canceled my order, and the buyer is no longer available on Fiverr. I contacted with support team 5 days ago but still no reply from them. Does anyone please suggest to me what should I do now 😞

I received a notification from Fiverr to upgrade my gig's basic plan price, and I updated the price. after updating the price, gig performance becomes very low and does not get any knock from any client 😞 Please provide me your suggestions.
