I got a buyer who has a Fiverr business tag. He wants frontend work and the duration is almost 6 days. But the client wants to create the order offer after finishing the work because he doesn't know how good I am to finish the work. So, should I agree with him? Of course, I'm not gonna give the source code before the order. Put some advice, Please.

The buyer gives me his what's app information. I refuse him and told him Fiverr doesn't allow him to share personal information. Is it affect my account? what should I do? Before Fiverr block buyers but this time Fiverr doesn't take any steps.
