    Hi, Carla... On Fiverr, after delivering the order the buyer has 3 days to check and complete the order, and after 3 days it is auto-complete. So after he confirms the order he can put the feedback for you first, and after that Fiverr gives to you an option for your feedback about a client. when the client confirms an order without feedback, then you can't give feedback to him.

    There are many sellers who provide a service which can not be repeated, like me. Then, as a result they don't have repeat buyers. When it comes to gig rotation, gigs go down in the rotation process for a longer period of time. I am experiencing that critical situation since six months with out any order.
