  1. For the first time in about two and a half years, I lost the early pay out feature. Naturally, I was confused, when I’ve done nothing differently, broken no rules, my gig is considered best selling in my category. I contacted fiverr (thought it was a glitch or maybe they’re working on the feature) for answers and even after they reviewed my account, they couldn’t explain why the system did it. I’m fine waiting for the money, I wasn’t concerned with the feature, I was concerned with what prompted the change. They had no answers at all. While I love working on Fiverr, I’ve got over 200+ five star reviews and countless return clients, I continue to believe (every year) that the system isn’t actually designed for the sellers and works against us most of the time. Anyone else experience this?
  2. I took a cash advance over a year ago, paid it off quickly, but never received the option again. Did anyone else experience this? I don't know if I'd take it again, it's just really strange that the option never returned. I've read sellers get to take out future loans days after paying off their current loan. Some say the option is gone completely. Anyone have any insight? I've been a seller two years and nearly made a 100k with perfect stats across the board since day one. It can't be due to my own status/level/stats.
  3. Still don’t have the option and my earnings are even more. I’m not stressing too much, it’s nice getting all the money for my orders vs the 40% deduction, but still curious how certain sellers see the option right away and others might not ever see it again.
  4. Just looked up this topic because I'm experiencing the same thing. Buyer had to cancel their order because Fiverr banned them after they made it. It was circumstances completely out of both our control. The buyer had my contact info because it was a novel coaching gig and informed me that he wasn't even allowed to log on anymore. After the order was cancelled, I've seen the biggest decline in orders when I was averaging at least two-three a week. I haven't had any in fourteen days. Despite, like yourself, five-star ratings across the board. I'm no longer on the first or second page, despite paying for gig promotions, and everything has slowed down to a truly dreadful pace. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's not fair at all.
  5. With it being your fifth advance, what was the timeline of you being able to take out each one? I paid back mine within 40 days and now it’s been 3-4 days since I completely finished but the button is gone and not reappearing. I most definitely meet all the criteria, so just curious how long it takes to have access again.
  6. Thanks for the answer. I’m currently on day 3-4 and it hasn’t reappeared so I’m assuming I’m somehow no longer eligible or there’s a delay. From what I’ve read, some people get it back 24hrs later and some wait for months, so I guess it’s just a waiting game!
  7. I took out an advance in Jan, it was large, paid it back within sixty days. March was my best month in the year I've been a seller, with nearly 8k in revenue. I strongly, strongly feel that's the Fiverr algorithm, pushing my gig in certain ways to try and get the advance paid off. Even with sending 40% of my revenue to the advance, I still had my best month yet. I paid the full advance off around 24hrs ago, and from what I've read, if I'm evaluated again and everything looks good, the option should reappear between 3-5 days. I'm not certain I'll take the amount I did prior, but I do like having the option. Can anyone give me insight into how long it took to see the cash advance button reappear?
