    My opinion is that if a buyer can leave a review after the cancelation then why shouldn't the seller have this option? So the upcoming sellers also know about the buyers and how many times they canceled the order and the sellers can also be careful of these buyers.

    This is the worst update, like always Fiverr does not support the sellers and this update confirms that again. There is no benefit for the sellers in this update. Sellers even lose money and their ratings as well. Order cancellation means a 1-star rating. Why would a person leave positive feedback after the cancelation? This update makes no sense to me.
