  1. some months ago while i was going through fraudulent buy charge back after completing an order by herself and charge me back after 1month, i compalint to fiverr and they told me the reason they cancelled the order was that "you did not mention everything you delivered in the delivery message" while what i did not mention was what i did not put in the custom order. I have to accept my fate and move on because of the fear that fiverr might remove my gig. Now my fear is justified when i was going through this trend. indeed as a seller sometimes you will have to accept some loss and move on most especially if when you trouble CS too much it can cost you your gig or account.
  2. I will suggest you go through your conversation for the last 10 buyers that messages you and patiently get what they want and how you respond to that, then use what you figured out to discuss with the next coming buyers, that way you'll what you're missing. Best of luck.
  3. well, fiverr algorithm doesn't work that way, its used to shuffle gigs from 1 to the last so the prosperity can spread through i guess. if you look very well not all those on the first page have 5 star rating. so i will suggest you keep doing what you're doing and in no long time you will bounce back.
  4. Recently, many people had got their order canceled by support or buyers charging back their fund after they have completed the order for some days/weeks. One of the ways you can always stay safe and guided is by including the following in your delivering statements; 1. Include every details of what you'll be doing in the order request if its a custom order 2. When submitting, write very clear what you have done as per request and if you added extra service let it be included in the statement. 3. Provide link to what you want to deliver, if possible host it on google drive and share the link 4. Provide visual/graphic evidence of what you have done. 5. Always ask your buyer if you're good to conclude the order if not seek for extension. Thank you for reading. Happy Business

Thank you frank for this insightful packed words, i have being having issues with my gigs for the past 7months, i do have 3 weeks on and maybe 1and half months off, after a lot of twisting and editing, i will got promoted to first page and immediately the system saw me sealed 3-5orders, i got demoted to page 19 or 20 again. please what personal advice did you have for me.   6. I have read much about seller plus and i have being willing to join the program for about 5months ago even before i became level 2 seller, but yet i have always being on waiting list even till now, what else can i do to be on the program. I love to have a personal manager on fiverr. Thank you
  7. fiverr gig promotion really works...i used it couple of weeks ago, i do stop it when i have reached my target order.
