I tried sometimes with the tittle and worked better than tags. Only my experiencie. And yes if you make changes you have to wait at least 24 hrs -

When you recive a good calification on the page not always it is true. Buyers recives an email some days after and ask again if the result was good. Sometimes the buyers are more rude in this case.
