  1. Thank you so much, I’ll do this and post the result in case anyone else was wondering the same question.
  2. My husband also wants to do voiceover, but I don’t want him using my account, I thought it was against ToS to create 2 Fiverr account, but one is for him and one is for me. Different emails, paypal emails, different computers we have separate offices/studios but we do use the same internet so it may be the same iP? Should I talk to support or does anyone have an answer if this is okay?
  3. This is just overall feedback for available now - I am banned for 1 month. Why one month? I didn’t respond immediately, one time I responded within 6 minutes not 5, and the next 23 minutes later and I got banned for 1 month. It should be fast response within an hour or so. The person I was talking to was not an “available now” message, it was an ongoing conversation which is why I did not respond right away to this message I saw on my phone, because they said they will send me a document. So I didn’t reply, this conversation was over a day old back and forth, but yet I got banned for not responding right away because the “Avaliable Now” feature did not detect this! This was not a new prospective client. NO WARNING - there is no warning. After the first message, which I replied to 1 minute late, within 6 minutes, there was no warning. Second time, after 23 minutes to my old client, i immediatley got banned no prior warning. I would like to request my available now setting be reset as its in the Beta.

  5. Not only am I not getting emails anymore (since the 11th) for new orders or messages, i also cannot withdraw. I have a yahoo account in the USA.
  6. Anyone else have this problem? I can never attach more then a few MB then it stops and I refresh, re-attach, nothing. It’s not my internet either. Is it just me?

  8. @rainny_writer Same! I posted a request under music composition and it was declined! All I asked for was someone to help compose a melody…and thats against ToS??
  9. Same @sigmagraphicstt I am here for the banter lol. Also to become a Top Rated Seller they check forum activity, sales volume, rating, response times, and cancellation soooo 😛helping others on the forums is also a great way to get recognized!! xo No but I genuinely like to help others too ❤️

  11. Hello! This is a site-wide problem you are not the only one experiencing this! My buyer requests page is also not refreshing. It should be working soon, they usually fix things ASAP

  13. Is this your first gig? If so, it may have to be approved first. If its already approved it will normally show to buyers under “New sellers” or “new gigs”. You can check if others see it by going to Selling>Gigs and seeing "impressions" Alternatively you can contact support here and double check its in results: https://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  14. You can withdraw to the same card, as long as both accounts are not used in the same IP/Wi-fi connection you should be fine. (🙂
