I’m encountering a glitch I’ve never seen before, which is that every time I try to send a custom offer to a buyer, regardless of selecting the “never expire” option, the offer immediately shows up as expired as soon as I send it and the buyer is unable to accept the offer. help?! This is a serious problem and I have not been able to find any information online. I also can’t submit a request for help through Fiverr because they require an order # but because this offer isn’t working, there is no order #. Please help!
