I've gathered through some searching that this is a problem that has happened several times over the years, but it seems that Fiverr has once again removed the ability for sellers to block buyers. I've had to block quite a few buyers over the past several months due to harassment on spam, so I'm not unfamiliar with the tool. But when I went to go block yet another spam buyer today (someone who was trying to get me to connect with them on s***e), the block feature is nowhere to be found. Anyone have any insight into this? Is it a bug or is Fiverr indeed taking away the ability for sellers to block buyers?

I’m encountering a glitch I’ve never seen before, which is that every time I try to send a custom offer to a buyer, regardless of selecting the “never expire” option, the offer immediately shows up as expired as soon as I send it and the buyer is unable to accept the offer. help?! This is a serious problem and I have not been able to find any information online. I also can’t submit a request for help through Fiverr because they require an order # but because this offer isn’t working, there is no order #. Please help!
