  1. To me, your thumbnails and videos don't seem authentic at all. They look as if they have been taken out of a photo bank and posted on your gigs. Put something that you have actually done yourself on the thumbnails.
  2. Is there something specific that you see yourself struggling with? Getting Level 2 is generally just a waiting game, you will get it eventually, but if you can identify what metric is growing the slowest for you, we could advise you better, having that information.
  3. I, personally, would highly recommend getting a SkillShare subscription. It's honestly an amazing platform and you have an endless source of high-quality courses. A much better bang for the buck in my opinion.
  4. I wouldn't agree. I think the image is cute! Moreover having a picture of your face is so much better than having a generic logo, so that's looking good!
  5. It looks like you have opened the profile just this month. Be patient! I had to wait 2 months to get my first order. 3 months after that I would get roughly 5 orders per month, and 3 months after that about 10. Depending on the marketspace in which you work, it should realistically take about a year before you start getting orders on a daily basis. At the beginning sending out carefully tailored responses to buyer request is the best strategy to boost your sales!
  6. If the cancellation clearly wasn't due to your fault, but only due to the buyer itself then contact the Support Team about it. The cancellation won't impact your statistics at all if approved by the team. I had to use their help dozens of times so far and they are always helpful. Once, I had to cancel 8 orders from a single buyer due to him not being cooperative. Didn't impact me at all.
  7. It looks like I used the same strategy like you did in the past. Providing people with samples before placing orders. Most people appreciated the gesture and continued on with an order, but of course some ghosting had to occur from time to time. Nevertheless, I thinks its a great way to get you first 10/15 orders. But you already seem to be Level1! If you are struggling with bad clients, rise your prices and enjoy working with better quality buyers.
  8. I had the same thing happen to me as I had a question why the April 15th evaluation was going into the 18th. I wouldn't say my manager didn't bother to answear for 2 days since she usually does in a few hours. It was holiday time for most of us in those days. They also have their families and personal lives to take care of.
  9. In case of the niche in which I work in, literally around 98% of buyers contact me before purchasing. The 2% which don't, almost always are frustrating, require modifications or simply end up being cancelled. I don't think the 2% having to contact you first wouldn't be a big deal. What I would love to see is the possibility to accept or decline an order if it has been purchased by a buyer directly, and not via a custom offer. If you don't accept it within 12 hours, it gets accepted automatically. I'd say this could be a toggable option for your gigs. If you have it turned on there could be a little icon to show the buyers that the order needs to be accepted first. If they don't want to wait then just go to a different seller.
  10. Hi Nisher. Your gig belongs to a very competitive sector of the marketplace. There are hundreds of sellers who provide that service with some of them having thousands of ratings. Getting that first order is the hardest. Your prices are reasonable, but since you have no reviews at all, I would suggest dropping them way lower. After getting 5 positive reviews, I would bring them back up.
  11. If you look at the URL when you are on your profile, you will see that your username is in it. Having worked with hundreds of customers, my Fiverr account has been credited on different social media posts, websites, game credits, etc. Changing the username in the URL would make all those links redundant and making the customer's site look unprofessional if the link doesn't take you where it should. From a technical point of view, this isn't viable.
  12. Hi Trade4real. I'm sure the glitch must have been really frustrating. I managed to get my TRS status a month after hitting all the required metrics. After having a look at your profile, here are some tips: Get yourself a success manager via the Seller Plus program if you haven't already. My success manager provided me with all the necessary insights into what goes into getting the TRS level, and what I need to change in my gigs. Completely frankly, the videos and thumbnails are pretty bad. These are crucial in getting the TRS level. I see that your prices are high, invest in getting some professional thumbnails done. Get yourself a microphone, record a good video and hire an editor to get them looking really professional. Even if all that would cost you 500-700$, you will get that money back in no time. Add different packages for all your gigs, I see that you have just one package to choose from in your gigs. This also makes a difference. PS. mediocre thumbnails instantly take away your opportunity of becoming TRS. They are one of the key components
  13. Why did your account get disabled? Do you know the reason?
  14. What lloyd mentioned is definitely true. I would add just one thing to that list. I recently had a meeting with my Fiverr Success Manager and there is one more thing which is extremely important when it comes to your gig success and being selected as a Top Rated Seller. It's the private rating which customers give you after giving you the public rating. A 5.0 rated gig could rank lower than a 4.9 gig if the hidden rating on that 5.0 gig are bad. A seller with 1000 completed orders might not be promoted to Top Rated, while a buyer with 300 completed orders and better hidden statistics could. Exceptional communication with your customers is key.
  15. I wouldn't agree that it is nonsense. You really have to be extremely active to get your first orders, especially if you still don't have a level. After getting Level 2 and Top Rated, things get much easier, as the customers come to you on their own, but at the beginning you really need to work hard to get those orders. At least that is my experience
