  1. Hi fellow Fiverr sellers, I'm hoping to get some insights from the community regarding a new service I'm considering offering on Fiverr. The service would involve providing B2B leads to businesses seeking to expand their customer base. I have a subscription to the Apollo.io tool, which allows me to generate high-quality leads based on specific criteria. I'm aware that Fiverr has strict guidelines regarding the types of services that can be offered, and I want to ensure that my proposed service is fully compliant. I've reviewed the Fiverr Community Standards and Prohibited Services list, but I'm still seeking clarity on whether offering B2B leads would be considered acceptable. If anyone has experience offering similar services on Fiverr, I would greatly appreciate your advice and guidance. Has anyone encountered any issues or challenges with providing B2B leads? Are there any specific precautions or measures I should take to ensure compliance with Fiverr's terms? I'm passionate about helping businesses connect with potential customers, and I believe my service could be a valuable asset to the Fiverr community. However, I want to proceed with caution and ensure that my approach is aligned with Fiverr's policies and regulations. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
  2. @followthefundev We never wanted to do things under the table. I always research things before working on them. Everyone wants to be safe from scammers on this platform, but sometimes a quick explanation over video reduces time because everyone is busy these days and some buyers are new to Fiverr. Zoom features for Fiverr business users work great. When I explain to my clients that it's Fiverr policy. Mostly buyers who don't know the policy and even don't take a moment to read the policy and make their own judgment and might be thinking that we are making excuses to escape the interview.
  3. Hi there, My order is almost a year late. I cannot extend the date because the Fiverr can only extend up to 60 days. My client says he will cooperate with me because he agreed to work later when the order was getting late due to technical reasons. But I'm not sure If I cancel the order he will order again according to Fiverr TOS it will not affect my stats if buyers orders within 14 days. I want to know, will Fiverr customer support help me extend the delivery, or I will have to cancel the order and ask the buyer to reorder? Which choice would be better? Any support will be highly appreciated.
  4. Today I've received a message from a new client who wanted to discuss his idea and wanted to have me on meeting I've explained him that it's against Fiverr TOS. Everything was going seamlessly and apparently he was interested in my services. Meanwhile, he also send his calendly invite which I've accepted and informed him on his personal professional email. Which was visible on his calendly invite. He is a retired athlete. Few moments later he cancelled the meeting and said he had selected someone else. I had verified everything buyer was legit from his email and other info he provided. I was going to do local citations for him on Eventbrite. Pov: I think Fiverr has to give permission for meeting to new buyers like Upwork does. Imagine how many buyers/sellers would be going through the same situation.
