How do I deal with clients who want to do business outside fiverr? How do I stay safe?

Hello,its been more than. 2 years and I still haven't got my first order,I don't know what's happening, I feel like deactivating and then start afresh because it traumatizes me as a seller who has alot of potential. I have been working in fiverr since 2020 and my first account was the best at that time receiving tons of orders and reviews,however all that ended when my account got banned for a TOS violation .I want to make a comeback, how can I increase the awareness of my gigs to get my first order ? Thanks
