Maybe you should add some more gigs.
Can I ask you how did you manage to finish 1500 projects on Fiverr ? Do you have another account ?

There is also a violation because of self-promotion, but that's from July. I am not sure when did you witness gigs not being on search pages. Your overall star rating is higher than 4.2, but sometimes despite this, when you get a couple of bad reviews, you get "de-ranked".

There's just one thing I don't understand. What kind of refund did you get today, if they decided to cancel the order. Shouldn't the buyer receive the refund then ?

Your profile has a certain negative label and it seems that a couple of bad reviews 5-6 months ago caused that. You have to be patient, sometimes it takes months to get back on the scene.

create gig with professional image and do proper SEO.
Because of this, it might be better for the author of the post to delete this profile and create a new one.

There's no policy about that. It's all up to you 😀

You could have opened a ticket. Maybe the support team would look into your chat history and find enough evidence that the buyer was looking for free work etc.

Your profile is 4 years old. You started with some new gigs recently. It might need some time for the algorithm to push your gigs to a better search page.

There is no need for a buyer to ask you that. The whole communication can and should be done through Fiverr. If the buyer is persistent in doing chat/job outside Fiverr, you can report him.

There's a limit - 1200 characters. Clearly, you didn't exceed that. And I see that your other gigs have longer descriptions, so I would suggest you contact support@fiverr.com to inform them about the bug on that gig.

There is no shortcut for a new seller. Are you satisfied with the number of impressions and clicks? You can look in the "Tips for sellers" section of the forum, there is a lot of advice, and some are pinned at the top.

I don't know what is the problem, because you don't have any negative labels attached to your profile, and your stats are great. Maybe wait for the next evaluation period on the 15. january. The only thing I found was a warning in March, but that is not close to the time when you say you stopped getting briefs.

Yes, of course, I was 99,99% sure, but I have an obligation to ask about the second profile, even if it is almost impossible (amount of projects, reason to leave then, etc.).
