    Yes, of course, I was 99,99% sure, but I have an obligation to ask about the second profile, even if it is almost impossible (amount of projects, reason to leave then, etc.).

    There is also a violation because of self-promotion, but that's from July. I am not sure when did you witness gigs not being on search pages. Your overall star rating is higher than 4.2, but sometimes despite this, when you get a couple of bad reviews, you get "de-ranked".

    There's just one thing I don't understand. What kind of refund did you get today, if they decided to cancel the order. Shouldn't the buyer receive the refund then ?

    Because of this, it might be better for the author of the post to delete this profile and create a new one.

  5. You could have opened a ticket. Maybe the support team would look into your chat history and find enough evidence that the buyer was looking for free work etc.

  6. There is no shortcut for a new seller. Are you satisfied with the number of impressions and clicks? You can look in the "Tips for sellers" section of the forum, there is a lot of advice, and some are pinned at the top.
