Your account is flagged because the country in your ID is different than the phone country. You cannot upgrade your level anymore and the gigs are almost invisible.

Don't discourage yourself. These kind of buyers are something that you have to encounter from time to time. Your gigs are visible in search page and success score is solid. Move on and good luck !

Forum staff doesn't decide, the support team does. They gave you an answer about feedback boosting, and you need to wait for their decision. Unfortunately, I believe that your restriction will lead to a block.

The only option is to continue doing a great job with old clients and wait for about 6 months (it could be less due to new rules) since the success score first went to 4.

You created them before the new rules so you don't need to delete them. In the future, if you wish to add a new gig, you will have to reduce the number of gigs to 3.

The fact itself that someone didn't leave a review doesn't affect the score. He may have left a private review though. You can politely ask for a review, not specifically a positive review.

Well, some sellers did admit, but most of them don't. Maybe some of them don't even remember creating another profile, maybe even years ago. Or their relative/friend did on the same advice/IP etc. They can connect profiles if they see similar services, email, profile picture etc
The decision is final, no use in sending new messages.- 9

It is wise to be honest. The support answered you and told you to contact Payoneer. Maybe this opening and deleting profiles multiple times caused some problems with Payoneer itself.
Advice and don't get offended: I realise family/friends relations differ from country to country, but this combining profiles, sharing the same device etc often causes this kind of problems, the support blocks double accounts, fake identity accounts etc. And I don't understand why other withdrawal methods are also disabled.- 5
