Hello guys, I'm a web developer and graphic designer. I joined Fiver in 2021 and only really started using it in early 2023. I provide web development and clothing brand design but there is no progress for web development gigs, while design gigs are grow quickly. So I want to create 2 accounts with different services, will that be a problem?

It seems that with recent changes, Fiverr's "anti-clone" system has improved a lot. You can see that on the Forum, with hundreds of flagged/restricted sellers complaining, and the reason is often - multiple accounts.
It is considered immoral and cheating to have more than one account.

  2. You are not flagged, but your gig is suspended. It appears that the reason is that is highly similar (clone) to one of the gigs from the older accounts. Usually in these cases, the support doesn't review the decision, and it is final. Not replying is a signal that this is the case.

My advice to you would be that you point out that you have deleted the old account (not that it was restricted/blocked/flagged), if that is the case.

  3. Unfortunately, they found other blocked account/s made from the same device/ip or with similar gigs/profile photo/email. This decision is final as the support team is convinced that you have more than one account. In these cases, they don't reply.

  4. Not sure what the question is, but:
    1) 4 gigs is a max for new sellers
    2) 2 of your gigs are buried, probably copyright issue

    3) you have just edited your gigs, so wait a little bit for the stats

    4) maybe you asked a question from another profile. Is that the case ?

  5. "Using Video Calls

We recommend that you contact your buyer/seller before creating a meeting, in order to confirm video call availability. Remember to take time zone differences into account.

To start a Zoom video call:

Go to your Inbox from the Orders page.

Select the Inbox message/buyer you'd like to have a video call with.

You will see the video camera icon at the bottom of the chatbox. Click the video icon to start the chat.

The Zoom video call invitation will appear in your messages. Click Join to join the video call. "

    - from Fiverr help.

This is the only correct way to use Zoom while doing Fiverr work.

There was an option on Fiverr where you could connect the accounts (if someone wanted to do that). That's what the Op is talking about as he says it's mentioned in the Fiverr learn video.

eg. when you try to log in it gives options to "continue with Google" or with "Facebook" or "Apple". Maybe that's how it's done now, by selecting to continue with one of those.

The privacy policy also talks about connecting those sites, eg:

It all depends on what the OP meant to do with social accounts. If used for logging in, there is an option (google, apple, facebook). can you please clarify the purpose of connecting your social accounts? @big_shazz
