  4. Hello @falak_station95 Yes, sharing personal details is strictly prohibited and against our Guidelines. Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted. However, please note that if you must do that, please do it within Order Page. You can also inform Customer Support and explain to them what the issue is. Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the Order Page. Please be aware that creating a new account is a violation of our TOS which could result in your account being permanently disabled. Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active Fiverr account and one active Fiverr Pro account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Since the marketplace is ever-changing and competitive, we suggest working hard to ensure that your Gigs stand out.
