  1. Hello @allmamun24

We understand this may be disappointing for you. On the Forum, we are not able to provide answers to all Fiverr account-specific questions, but we can point you in the right direction. Please know that if you need help from our CS you can open a ticket at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new or send an email to support@fiverr.com.

These account flags are only able to be addressed by our Customer Support team, or if applicable, your Customer Success Manager. If you are not satisfied with the explanation provided by our Customer Support, please reach out to your Success Manager.

    Thank you.

Our algorithm takes many factors into account, which means the results vary by user. The marketplace is ever-changing and competitive. The results shown in the search are individual for each user.

  6. Hello @manu_san

Our Community welcomes diversity and is continuously growing. However, we encourage the use of English as the main language, especially while participating in discussions or asking for advice related to your gigs. This will help and encourage more people to participate and engage with you in your posts thus helping you in solving your issue.

    Thank you for your understanding.

My question is, as my account is temporary disable will i resolve my account after 90 days? Will i work with this account in future after a certain period? Please let me know?

Once the dedicated team finishes the review and reaches the decision, you will be notified. Whether you can continue to use your account depends on that decision.

We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We recognize how important it is to you to become a Freelancer and thank you for your interest in our platform. If your request was reviewed and not approved, please kindly note that we can’t change this decision. You are welcome to continue using Fiverr as a Buyer.

    We appreciate your understanding.

Can we have clarification on what constitutes location inconsistency (preferably on a different thread)?

    Hey @vickieito

I cannot clarify that since that part is done by the dedicated Team. As long as the users notify CS about the changes as you did, they do not put their accounts at risk. However, if they change their location without their knowledge, they directly put their account at risk.

Your profile information, including your description, skills, location, etc., must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. - TOS

As well as the fact the TOS doesn't seem to mention any rule about not being allowed to go to other countries

    Hello @uk1000

No, I never said that. When you're a freelancer, the world is your office. But it is always best to tell CS about plans to avoid any issues.

eg. someone in one country in the UK could seem like they're in a different country in the UK based on what's shown in sites like "what is my IP address" then when it resets it could change again? Is it based on assumed distance travelled & time if based on the IP address or is it also/mainly based on geo-location info from mobile phones and that used for issuing the suspensions if it changes countries?

Regarding your questions, that part is done by our dedicated team. I'm sorry, but I cannot interfere with how they do their jobs. That is why I'm afraid I won't be able to provide you with accurate answers.

How often can my success score change?
The success score is intentionally designed to remain relatively stable. It does not fluctuate too often, as it considers the history of your orders over time, rather than focusing on individual transactions. Therefore, any changes to your success score take some time to reflect, ensuring a more comprehensive evaluation of your overall performance. - Success score
