Thanks so much for your reply! Could you please elaborate on how Fiverr makes this process easier for them? To clarify, the company doesn't want to make payments outside of Fiverr: on the contrary, they want to do it on Fiverr, but are unsure about how to do it officially for their documentation.

Hello Fiverr Community!
One of my potential clients is a large company that makes payments only through official invoices to LLCs/sole proprietorships. In general, it is very important for them that all payments are made officially for documentation purposes. They really want to work with me but are unsure about handling payments on Fiverr. What can I recommend or do for them in this case?

One question, have you delivered your work after revision? Because, if you already re-delivered it, your order will mark complete after 3days automatically. But seems you haven't re-delivered it yet.
Anyway, try to reach CS, explain everything. And see if they can do something for you.

Hello, Fiverr forum!
One of my orders has had "In revision" status for 49 days since the buyer has been busy and didn't have time to review the changes yet.
Could this be affecting my rating on the website in any way? I've noticed that I've been getting fewer views and orders lately, and am worried that this could be connected.

Not sure... But judging from my experience, briefs is a rare occurence, so it's okay if you haven't received any yet.

Hi everyone!I was wondering if anyone else had this problem since the implementation of Buyer Briefs. I have received 3 or 4 briefs in total, and none of them matched the services I offer.
The thing is, I am a translator who works in 3 languages (Ukrainian, Russian, and English). However, all the Buyer Briefs I received were tasks concerning completely different languages.
Moreover, today I received a match for a gig where the Industry was labelled as Education: the buyer was looking for an Arabic tutor. That is way off from the services I offer 😄
Does anyone know if there is any way to fix this?
