  1. I did the same mistake ! So now there is no way to revert that ? In my case buyer was trying to scam me by getting it for free ! I rejected dispute for 5+ times but by mistake I accepted it for 6th time . Moreover it has no recheck feature (i.e. are you sure you want to accept dispute .) Can customer service help me in this?
  2. Already did !! No help from there they said that we can't interfere in between buyer and seller if buyer want to cancel we can't stop him .
  3. I guess his amount is blocked by Fiverr and he can't use it? Am I right?
  4. Atleast he will not get software for free ! {No matter I get my amount or not but I'll not allow someone to cheat and get orders for free}
  5. No he is not responding to any of my message ! I'm messaging him since the day he raised a dispute ! He come online raise a dispute to cancel order and go away he don't reply to any of message . Till now he has raised a dispute 3 times obviously me rejecting all those ! Moreover I'm in touch with customer care but they are saying situation is not in their hands we must solve them on our own
  6. Recently I encountered a buyer who raised a dispute to cancel order as soon as I delivered to him and is not responding to any of message . So My questions are? 1)How many times can a buyer raise a dispute (if I'm rejecting that dispute solution i.e. rejecting cancel order dispute) 2)Is the amount he paid to me blocked ? I mean will he be able to access that amount till order does not get cancelled?
  7. But I don't want to cancel ! Why should I cancel if I've delivered 100% of what I said . If I cancel then he will feel motivated , like he can give order and cancel them again and again and get everything for free and no one is there to stop him.

  10. Hello to all , Recently one person contacted me regarding a shopping site bot ! He chatted with me from his main account but requested me to send custom offer to another account (which was new and my order was 1st order on that account) I delivered him everything I mentioned in my offer with a video proof ! After delivery he requested me for source code which I declined because that was not part of order ! After that he told me that your bot is not allowing more than 1 account I'm going to cancel it ! (All this chat was going on via his main account) (However my bot has nothing to do with account) I tried to make him understand but of no use , he raised a dispute to cancel order which I declined and since then I'm constantly trying to contact to him via both of his accounts but of no use he isn't replying to any of my message ! I even contacted Customer Support they told me that they can't do anything except sending him a message to ask him to reply to you ! The buyer came again and raised a dispute to cancel again ! But didn't responded to any of message again. Can i receive any help ! (I know my bot is 100% okay and even in my custom offer I've clearly mentioned in my terms and conditions that order can't be cancelled) The customer support have raised up their hands stating they can't do anything !

  13. That’s not right. Paypal’s currency conversion fee is 2.5% (+18% GST) only. You can apply for refund of that 18% GST. I’ve never tried Payoneer, not sure about their fees. Hello to all , Coming straight to point : Usually when I used to withdraw my money via paypal , paypal used to Convert the currency at a price 7% below the market price . i.e. If USD price is $1 = ₹72 it will convert it to INR at price $1 = ₹66.96 (That’s 7% down the market price). But yesterday when I withdrawn my PayPal money the conversion rates were totally different : The market price was $1 = ₹73.13 approx , it got converted to INR at price $1 = ₹70.31 (That’s 3.8% down the market price) . So can we say that PayPal has reduced its conversion rate from 7% to between 3.5%-4% . Can someone check it and tell me ?

  15. Doesn’t matter if it’s for $5 also , fraud is fraud !! And I don’t think Fiverr has a fault here , the company will think of its profit . Company know that buyer may leave the platform if not served properly but seller has no other choice . So what we should do is protest again them ! That we need more rights as a seller , if the order is being cancelled or chargeback then we need to have full discussion why it has been cancelled ! (Note : Fiverr runs because of seller ) Yes 1 seller can’t make Fiverr to change its policies but if all of us stand up against some Fiverr policies then we can do wonders . I’m not saying to come on roads , just protest socially raise a # on Twitter . {I’m a new seller here and totally love the app but recently got scammed with same issue however my amount was not as big it was $55 , but I’ve done efforts for that and my efforts must be paid off} So we should now request Fiverr to change its policies , be transparent and give point to point details why order is cancelled , which part of order doesn’t meet the requirements .
