Despite responding to all messages from buyers on time, my inbox response rate is still decreasing. It has come down to 83% now. I got a text from a buyers yesterday, and she went on unavailable mood immediately, which means she won't be receiving any texts from me and from anyone else. And as usual, my response rate decreased. So, technically, despite having no fault at all, I had to face this issue. I am seeking help from the forum and the official help center of Fiverr to check my issue.
