  2. Because:

    1) they want more impressions and think that’s how they will increase their impressions.

    2) some are really new buyers that have no idea how Fiverr works or the purpose of the buyer request section. And instead of reading and learning about Fiverr before offering any service, they just jump all the way to the “how do I get my first order earlier” stage.

    Report every single one to CS. Maybe one day we won't see as much.

    What was the reason your account got restricted? You probably received an email with the information. 

    Regarding the restriction, you have to wait and there is nothing that CS can do. If it was restricted because you may have violated TOS, the Trust and Safety team will review and determine the final decision.👇

    You may look at this as “bad luck.” I would look as “the client liked my services and is back for more.”

    In all honesty, focus on what you can control: deliver a good service and a great customer experience. Forget what is not in your control. Not all sellers like to leave a review.

    The time it will take for your next order is impossible to say. It can take one hour, one day or one year.

    You should try to market your gigs outside Fiverr. This article may give you some ideas. 👇

    Remove this. All orders have to be placed through Fiverr system. Read the Terms of Service.

    If you intend to do the work first and them hope for the client to place the order, good luck. Scammers will love to collaborate with you.

    The only thing you can do is wait for your next order, provide a service with quality, hope for the client to leave a better review. Still, you will need a few 5* reviews to recover your ratings until you are able to send buyers request again.

    Why is he on Fiverr if he does not trust the system?

    Communication outside the Fiverr platform is forbidden and against TOS. The rules applies for all users (buyers and sellers) and can lead to account restriction.

  11. It means if you are under 13 you are not allowed to use Fiverr, for buying or selling.


    This Site is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 you may not use this Site or the Fiverr services.

  12. Although I understand he was absolutely rude to you, I would say your responses were also not professional. That’s why you probably received the warning too.

    Saying to a potential buyer:

    - Just make it by yourself.

    - Don’t waste my time.

    - Who cares?

    All this are not professional ways to communicate, no matter how rude your buyer is.

      My two suggestions are:

    • Limit your revisions: unlimited revisions can lead to an endless headache.

    • Although I understand your good intention by stating "friendly behavior," I feel that this is not necessary as I assume you are a professional offering your services on the platform. It may sound a bit amateur to some buyers.

    I, myself , am a learning graphic designer. I know how to use photoshop and illustrator quite well. So my gigs were based on photo manipulations and vector designs and logos. When I started the most orders, almost all the orders were made on the photo manipulation gig. After a few months I decided to change the picture of the gig as it was getting pretty now. So I changed the picture and to my surprise fiverr denied my gig giving me the reason that I used a copied image, even though I edited the image myself.

    I suggest you to start your own post with your question as it is diverting the OP's question.
