    I think the problem goes beyond a "casual conversation." It is about the lack of proactivity from people who, instead of searching for an answer, decided to spam the forum with the same question over and over again. Not to mention the 
    - I complete order number 3, 33, 333...
    - Pray for me
    - I received my review number 17.
    And the list goes on and on. I wish the discussions could be more productive for everyone to improve.

    Tell your client that you will wait until the payment is processed so you can start the second milestone. It is not uncommon for scammers and bad buyers come with this "I have payment problems" trying to get away with free service. Stand your ground. Do not take the buyer's "problem" to yourself.

    As it was already mentioned, once you were banned, you cannot have a new account. Even if you try to open with a new email, you still have to verify your identify, which will make Fiverr ban your new account once again as they will confirm you were banned before.

    as there we surely have the personal information such as mail, phone and so on.

    You can only share your portfolio if they are listed as an approved link on Fiverr. And yes, it is against the TOS to share your personal information that can lead to a client contact you outside the platform. 👇

    You should have received an email with the reason why your gig was denied. However, as it was mentioned above, there is no way to recover the gig once it was denied. I suggest you to read the TOS to learn more about Fiverr and the rules in here.

  6. If you want to make a living as a freelancer I suggest you not put all your eggs in one basket. Use Fiverr as one of your source of income, not the only one. Freelance is not easy money neither is Fiverr or any other platform. Also, read the TOS and make sure you stay out of trouble.

    I suggest you remove this from your gig. Offering money back guarantee is the best way to attract scammers, not to mention cancellation can affect your stats and ratings and also abusing the cancellation option may put your account at risk. 👇

    Does this question really makes sense to you? The obvious question is simple. No. 

    Also, read the TOS before anything. It seems you need a bit more reading before start offering your services.

    Just say that it is against Fiverr TOS communicate outside the platform and you will keep the communication on Fiverr.

    Many users (buyers and sellers) do not read the TOS. Also, many buyers think that the TOS only applies to sellers and not to buyers (which is a mistake).

    The email is clear, you violated the TOS, your account was disabled. You have to wait 90 days to receive an email to withdrawn your funds. The decision cannot be reversed. If you have questions regarding the violation, read the TOS. If you still have questions, you can contact Customer Support and they may be able to let you know what caused that. However, keep in mind that customer support cannot change the decision. I suggest you to start offering your services somewhere else.

    Fiverr can suspend and disable a account without a warning. This is from Fiverr Help and Education Center 👇

    Permanently Disabled - means the account was disabled and will not be restored. When this happens, the customer cannot log into the account at all, and the reason it was disabled was due to a serious violation of our Terms of Service. 

    Sellers with funds available for withdrawal will need to wait 90 days to withdraw, as described in our Terms. Once the 90 days are over, these sellers will receive an automatic email that will allow them 7 days to withdraw the funds.
