  1. Make sure you followed his requirement perfectly. Did you submit the work sample before the delivery and you got his approval? You may politely offer him revision if needed. Finally if you think he is playing with you though you've no fault with your work, simply decline his request and contact fiverr customer support and share all the details about the game the buyer is playing with you. Fiverr support team will review and if they find you right, they may will support you to overcome the scenario. Even if the order get cancel, they can help you to avoid negative impression on your completion rate and may be compensate with the same value. So before reaching customer support make sure you're right. Additionally, you can directly reach to support and share the details and ask for cancellation from their end and help you to avoid decreasing your completion rate. They will help you.

  3. I feel sorry that suddenly you’re facing this issue. I have passed through this situation as well.I researched a lot and contacted support a couple of times to overcome this situation.So mainly I learned, this happens for short of the quality and additional metrics, i.e. private feedback, quality, communication, etc including with general metrics we see in our dashboard (response rate, delivered on time, order completion rate, etc)And the only option is to keep doing your best with the running orders (if any) with quality work, get praise from your buyers, to meet these quality metrics.This can last for a couple of days to more (unexpectedly).

  6. You could offer him a custom order for 1 project. Personally I found so many buyers who offers different services (higher or basic level) from their interest. While replying to a person in message, better reply directly without any criticize perspective i.e you used "Photoshop Master" unless he told you personally his title like this. I don't think this block will give a negative impression on gig. However, I suggest you to think out of the box to handle tough buyers.
  7. I just check your profile Habibur, and understood that you're actually talking about your rating. it's 4.4. And for this reason you're not able to respond to any buyer request. I can see that your first rating was 2 star (4 weeks ago). And still you made some sales and all 5 star rating for next 4 project. Amazing! You must have minimum 4.5 as a rules of 90%. I can see that if you get a 5 star on your next project, you will get the opportunity to respond to buyer request again. Additionally, only 4 weeks from that 2 star rating. If you don't get any other project, no worries, You may need to wait 30-32 days more so that 2 star will not affect you anymore and you can start responding to buyer request again.

Also, I would like to inform you that there was Eid Festival yesterday, so may be that could be a reason of getting delayed as this is the biggest religious festival of Muslims. And I believe you will agree to let him enjoy with their friends and family. Additionally, the way you described, it seems they are working with a template or showed you a screenshot of template and initiate the delivery rather than asking time extension or avoiding late delivery issue. You can knock the seller again for detailed information. And if you feel something wrong, you can request to cancel the order by using resolution center and if you find it's difficult, you can reach to the customer support. Once the order get canceled, your fund will be refund to you. Before doing that, I will suggest you to have patience to get a reply from the seller.   12. Buyers who registered or opt with Fiverr Business feature, they are mostly buyers with lots of project opportunities. You can give your best shot, satisfy them with your skills to offer more projects in future and get repeat sales.

I think, they don't want to leave their footprint that the speeches are from someone! haha Another point can be they don't want to spend a single moment after getting the speech, and run for the wedding venue! haha And as it's buyer's free will, so I believe this will not give a negative impression on your metrics. But I also believe that, it gives a positive impression. Fiverr remind buyers 2 times I think. and you can not ask for review. But may be you can ask for "sharing their experience" ??
  14. Nothing to be worried about. The late screenshot is actually showing the time since the deadline time. As you already initiated the delivery within the time, it will not affect your metrics "Delivered on time"

  16. Hi @onviewseguretat Did you approved any milestone previously? If you think about milestone order then here is some information you should know: Can a Milestone order be canceled? Yes, a Milestone within an order, or the whole order, can be canceled through the Resolution Center or through Customer Support, for valid reasons. Note: Even if a Milestone order has been canceled but at least one Milestone was completed in the order, the order will still be considered as completed. As you're afraid, I suggest you to get all the information first before placing an order. And also you can choose direct order instead of milestone system. And for your previous order, I think you had a conversation with the developer. You can ask him. As you said the order cancelled so the fund should return to your fiverr credit wallet. If not, you can contact customer support. They will help you.

  19. I don't see anything wrong to do it. Personally, I mostly work on my different devices. Scenario like, when I'm in my office desk, I use my windows pc, sometimes I check my macbook at the same time. When I spend time on balcony, I used to operate macbook. Just make sure that, other device is not using by some other Fiverr account. That will give you a better safety with precaution.

    If you're talking about promoted gig feature, Then promoted gig feature is available for a specific gig where mostly 20 orders completed I think. Respond to buyer request, check if there is any updates opportunity with more better gig seo. And possibly sharing your gig in a professional way.
  22. According to Fiverr policy, you need to keep the conversation only within the fiverr platform. Also do not share personal contact information or contact someone outside of fiverr platform. And contacting outside can bring trouble for you and maybe you will be scammed.
  23. No. Fiverr forum platform is completely independent. It's not related the stats of Fiverr product page. Forum is a great place to interact with other members, learning new about issues, solutions, phenomenas and collaborate through knowledge sharing.
  24. You can have only one account in fiverr. If you're expert in multiple category, definitely you can offer multiple services. There are no restrictions in it.
