  4. As we're discussing, I could listen to you here personally. I can discuss this with my team and also in the community department. Fiverr also listens to the forum. So for any specific request/report/insight, we can reach Fiverr from multiple channels. I believe all our expectation is for Fiverr to listen to us, Isn't it? Thanks for the information.   5. I'm confused about this point. As in the Gig page, we don't see the Display name yet. Also, my buyers replied me that they only see my username while messaging. Maybe a future update will be there soon. The display name is open to editing anytime at this moment. and as it's not maintaining the term "unique" like username, I believe this will be editable forever haha.   7. I agree with you @miiila Display name ideas came from these concerns mostly. So many feel uncomfortable representing themselves to the community and also addressing them by their username. And yeah @smashradio insight was mostly to show the display name, hopefully, Fiverr will analyze it and will take this feature to the expected level.
  8. I'm the Team Lead of the Community Leadership Team in Bangladesh and work closely with the community, a few other community leadership teams, and Fiverr Community Department. Fiverr wants to listen to the community. Therefore, the Fiverr community leadership team interacts with Fiverr sellers through in-person and virtual events, group discussions, and clubs on the Fiverr forum. We are sharing insights from the community, and Fiverr makes changes based on what they believe is best. Over the years, Fiverr sellers from different countries asked for a feature like this. @smashradio ( LEO) described this in a great way. This also helps to unite the community by addressing each other by their name. I am not sure if anyone has any personal concerns about this like @uk1000 😁 However, in the post, the educational link was attached to know more details about this. However, I'm still curious about this feature as the Display name is only visible on the profile page. Not in the gig page (About The Seller) Section. And maybe it will not be available in the messages section as well. What do you guys think about this? @miiila @smashradio @uk1000 @donnovan86 and more.
  9. A big NO! Display Name is editable and you/anyone can change it later.

  13. Is your buyer already deposited the 3rd milestone amount? If not then he should get an option to complete the order. If already been deposited then I think no option except cancellation.   16. As I told you on that day! This feature rolling out to all sellers gradually. Still in beta stage. But happy to see that you've got it already.
  17. So many of us face difficulties to change Payout methods (payoneer and paypal) i.e. remove previous one and add a new one. Fiverr heard you all! Now sellers can change their payout method by themselves from New Earning Page. Go to your New Earning Page > Manage Payout Method > From popup change your methods by yourself.
  18. If that's related to the order and do not contain your personal information, then it would be okay mostly. Definitely, you can help your buyer to make everything easy by maintaining the TOS.
  19. Fiverr do not support this. Only once the work is done, you should accept the delivery. You can say this to your seller as well. If seller initiate the delivery, you can initiate revision and request him to complete the duration and work. And rest all depends on both of your understanding.
  20. Can you explain more? Do you have multiple account? Difference device, ip will not save any person if using multiple accounts. Even if the id verified by different person's name but originally using by another person, that one will be the reason of account suspension.
  21. You can ask an estimated time from your buyer. Then, You can send time extension request just below the delivery time on the order page. Or you can use resolution center to send time extension request. Resolution center option available on bottom of right sidebar on order page. Select time as needed with a discussion. If buyer do not response in the meantime, and deadline time over, order will mark "Late" status. But no worries, as soon as you get your buyer online, ask him to accept the time extension, so the order will be in progress automatically. When you deliver an order after extension (in progress stage), though it was late once, but it will not affect on your delivery on time metrics.

  25. It is okay to offer multiple niche service from one account. And moreover, you can have only one seller account in Fiverr. Having multiple account is a serious violation and your accounts will be suspended.
